CARNEY TO HOST TRUTH MEMORIAL BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT

Williamsport, PA—Congressman Christopher P. Carney is joining with Antioch Baptist Church to host the Truth Memorial Day Youth Basketball Tournament. The tournament begins on Friday, May 30th and continues to Saturday, May 31st. Congressman Carney will speak on Saturday, May 31st at 11:45, immediately following the 11AM tournament game.

"Antioch Baptist Church has taken an active role in engaging kids in Williamsport," said Carney. "I wanted to host a tournament to have a firsthand look at the talent on the court, and show my support for the Youth Recreation Efforts. I want kids to know that they have choices, and we all have a role to play in keeping our community safe."
